No, she just gave birth and is sore. When she's able, she'll probably do it herself. If not, wait a few days or a week at least.
She could care less how she looks right now.

It should be fine as long as the puppies can nurse. If nursing is a problem, or if she is really bad, you can take her to your vet for what is called a"sanitary groom". They can shave up some hair on her belly to help keep her from getting too dirty and help the puppies nurse. They can bathe her as well. They will not shave her completely. Just enough to get rid of the mats and to clean her up a bit.
If she is acting OK by tomorrow and is not too stressed, you should be able to give her a bath. I would give her a little bit of time though. Tomorrow should be OK.

I would wait at least three days and see how attached to the pups she is. If she wanders off frequently then it's safe to take her away from them for a few minutes to bathe and groom her but do not use any chemical shampoos or conditioner. If you can just use water and maybe a mild detergent soap or puppy shampoo and rinse very well. This way the pups will not digest any chemicals or forign substances when they nurse. If she is very close to the pups and doesn't leave them very often then wait until she starts to leave them alone.

It is way, way too stressful on your dog to force her to stay away from her puppies for the length of time it would take you to bath her and get her 100% dry. Leave her for now, and when her coat is dry, first brush it out, then you can either use a bit of dry shampoo on her (but only if you absolutely have to) or you can use unscented baby wipes to wipe her down a bit. You really can't use shampoo on her while she's nursing either, never mind the stress of taking her away from her puppies. She'll be willing to leave them for the length of time necessary when they're around 3 weeks old (and have teeth and sharp nails!)

You should wait for maybe two weeks but I used to bath my dog ( bingo) all the time and he loved it. you may have a bit of trouble at first but she will soon come around to you're way of thinking if you gently coax her into the bath. After the bath and while she is still damp groom her with an old hair brush, she may need a bit of a trim but i would leave that to the experts

Noooooooo, give her three days at least. She will clean things up most likely and will not need a bath. She is sore and tired right now, plus the pups have to get use to her scent and she use to theirs. A bath would cause problems. She will be ok, just give her a few days.

if she is realy matted around the rear end either take a pair of clippers and shave that area and also shave her belly also. you can keep her away from the puppys for a little bit wilth out hurting the puppies. i would not bath her for a while but you can use a wet wash rag and wash off her rearend.

BE VERY CAREFUL HERE !!!
If you must clean her-- do so only with pure warm water and soft cloth---DO NOT USE any type of soap or dog shampoo--- if you read the labels on most of these products you will see the warnings that the residue of these products can be harmful to nursing puppies !! So, proceed with caution here and ---Congratulations--you're a grandma !!!!
