you should work out about an hour a day and try to stay away from cabs and snacks in high calories aslo don't watch TV for more then an hoUr at a time. Last try walk, then pace , jog and run work ur way up don't start to fast in the beginning

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

i am the same way.
i used to be on the computer A LOT!
now, i have 30 minutes free time on the computer... but i can earn minutes.
if i walk around the big neighborhood... i get 10 more minutes each time.
if i walk around the little neighborhood... i get 5 more minutes each time.
this is a good way to get my exercise! i have seen results with it!
i don't even think it is exercising when i do it. because, i am working to get something i want to do.
