Shona and that cheeky lad, you can't have all the points all of the time, but some of the points some of the time. I value your hilarity.

Ah this generally means that Camilla has once again demanded some land off Charles. As a divorcee, she is unentitled to accept the Duchy from the right-hand side, as this would be incorrect protocol.

i tried to even though it became very heavily weighted down with food :-) I did once bypass the Dutchy of cornwall on the left hand aspect at Ascot nonetheless. Edit: A Dutchy is a huge cooking pot,for those of you that imagine it really is a spliff, thats a Kutchie ;-)

I was once told it is proper to pass the dutchy from either the left or right hand side, because it is far better to be rid of the old girl as fast as one can!

technically it's 'pass the Kutchie from the left had side' ie: pass the joint, but Musical Youth (the band that sang it ) obviously weren't allowed to promote drugs!
i remember them being on Blue Peter and telling the presenter that a dutchy was a cooking/food bowl (which it is) but that was not what they really meant- bet they were pi**ing themselves with laughter at that!

Hello lefty here again...Im shocked and stunned that you of all people are passing spliffs around whatever side you want to pass it from! I have always thought you a fine and upstanding (if at times eccentric) matey of mine..but now!!!

<--gets on to david cameron and informs him that not all do you wear your anorak hood up but you are advocating sharing joints...you sound just up his street!

Aww see im pleased to be back really :0D

A dutchie is a Jamaican (?) kind of cooking pot. As the song you are referring to was covered by a bunch of kids, they had to change the original lyrics, where a joint (kutchie) was being passed around.. ;o)

Nice hair Mrs B!

What a shame they don't do dreadlocks that colour or I would have been sorely tempted. Just out of 'respect' of course!

One should always pass to the left, and receive from the right, and no hogging, or bum sucking.
