There is a great workbook called The Anxiety and Panic Workbook by Dr. Edward Bourne. I think it is in Volume IV at this point. You can get it at all of the major book sellers. I have worked it...it will help you! Good Luck.

Seriously, if your body is manifesting anxiety to this point, you are in need of some medical or psychiatric attention.
There are medications available to 'take the edge off your nerves' first of all. Perhaps you are in need of some therapy to teach you methods to relieve your anxiety in a healthy way.
Look into it as soon as possible as life is way to short.

My hands shook from anxiety. I had trouble writing. When I started taking medication, it helped trememdously.

try meditation because this is not a one or two day symptom. Some docs prescribe beta blockers that control these tremors of anxiety .

Try some relaxation techniques. There are different places to look, but they are bascially the same technique... self-hypnosis, meditation, etc. Typically involve relaxing and deep breathing. Once you master the skill, you can apply it in any situation to calm yourself.
