the mommy made me mast my m&m's is a good one, if you dont know what that is, and if they are talking about the same one i am thinking of..

the notes would be (in a c major scale)

mo - mmy - made - me - mash - my - m - & - m's
c ..... d ........ e ........ f........ g ....... f .... e... d .... c

ive also heard it as
g g g f e d c

do that going up one note every time, start at c, then go to c# then d and so on.
also that one is good for Articulation.
:)

hope it helps!

when i was in chorus we did mommy made me mash my m'n'ms. and we went up until mash and then went back down on mnms. its really hard to describe without sound. also variousvowel sounds (i like e and o) my teacher now says O is good for tone and E's are good for resonance. also try v that's fun. not sure wat kind of music u sing but i sing classical. so hope i helped!
