You are trying to put 'God,' who simply CREATED 'things' into the same 'physical universe' as the things God created ... but God is not 'of this universe' because he actually 'created' this whole universe ... and God is NOT 'a person' in any 'human' sense at all ... in the story of Moses and the 'burning bush' God says that his name is 'I AM' ... which isn't a NAME, really, but does tell us that God simply 'exists' and has ALWAYS existed, and in fact is 'outside of time' and is not susceptible to the 'rules of time' ... so God didn't have or use a 'mechanism' because 'mechanism' is a 'thing' that God created.
I think that the 'problem' many people have with 'God' is that they try to 'describe' Him and things like 'creation' in HUMAN TERMS ... but that is both 'impossible' and 'wrong' because God isn't 'human' or even 'an alien in this universe'. When 'the leading scientists found out about 'the BIG BANG' they thought that they could 'explain how things were created' but the really couldn't do that ... they could only 'go back in time' far enough to see that the 'BIG BANG' was something that 'just happened' and it was 'after that happening' that there was 'matter' and 'energy' and light ... so they actually said that the 'BIG BANG' was 'creation happening' ... which implies that there was a CREATOR who 'made it happen' ...

God spoke and it was done. This is technically called creation by fiat. All we have to go on is that which can be known or that which might be communicated trhough revelation.
Science has brought us to the point of singularity where the universe began as an incomprehensible density wherein space, time, matter and energy exploded outward from an apparant nothingness. On this side of Planck time (one part of a second divided into 43 billion billion billion parts) the known laws of physics became possible. At 3000 degrees fahrenheit matter began to seperate so that atomic assemblege became possible and the release of energy pushed space into the vastness that we know of today. At some point God breathed the essence of Himself into the shaped form of matter we call man, and the residual effect was that the co-mingling of spirit with matter caused man to become a living soul. And today we know ourselves as a composite tripatite nature with body, soul and spirit.
To go back to that which was before Planck time we unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately) cannot go. Science cannot tell us that which preceded the initial singularity. What science CAN tell us however is the evidence of what can be called acts of intelligence. Again this can be made from that which is known in the realm of space and time. What we are is finite in design and in truth. Aristotle said if you want to know what it means to be wet you cannot ask a fish. A fish has nothing to contrast its existence from. And likewise we cannot know what it means to be anything other than that what we are so how then could that which is infinte communicate infinity and its workings to the wetness of our reality. It helps to know that we can indeed affect our own environs by the words which we speak which are likewise actions of intelligent agents. While there is not a physical observance to be had we do know empirically through the faculties of hearing that words do indeed exist. If you come to the point where you might explain to those in finite circumstances the reason that vibrations created through the release of carbondioxide over the controlled fluctuations of the larnyx can create meaning thru the auditorical mechanisms of a hearer to the intellectual capacities of said hearer whose sensory organs sensed the said emitted vibrations, we can then say that we have still only come too far from being close to understanding by what mechanisms the infinte will operates.
While we are given exhaustive abilties in understanding it is only of that which is necessary that we should humbly accept in gratitude for having recieved what we have.
Another demanded to know all that is and exalted himself. And of course we can read of his fall can't we?

If you can describe what is the mechanism of how you think or imagine or how you dream, then you'll know God's creation mechanism (by those way this abilities are some sides of our image on God's )
God is the Origin so he originate anything from nothing
He is the Existence make things exist from nonexistence
At last, that what makes the difference between man and God " And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible." (Mark 10 : 27)

As an atheist and a fan of string theory, the theory goes thus:

Everything is made of strings.
When this string vibrates in a given manner, they form objects and elements.
Out of these strings which are spaces you can call nothing ( there is no such thing as truly nothing since even what you can't see is something (energy, air,up to bacteria) )
Out of these spaces, your so called God probably made things up by intelligent design...

There are many variations to this, but they point to the same thing -God.

But seriously, in my opinion, it couldn't possibly happened that way, because if there was a God that made these things up, the question arises then - "who made God? he can't possibly make himself, and if he did exist, there is no way he be 'out-of-the-system' because if he were he wouldn't be able to modify anything in this system and he would be bound to rules in that other system, which only points that the system he lives in might just be imaginary and that we just used the concept of God on the early age when we don't know how to explain phenomena.

I hope I helped.

Feel free to think whatever you want to about Intelligent Design, but whatever happens, please don't deny the truth.

Seriously, don't you think what we see is a perfect world evolved from just a series of random connected events without a planner and whatever we perceive as perfect just arrived from this causal events the same way causal factory events made a tree or an ink blot?

Humans cannot understand the full nature of God.

I can understand that Humans could have not created ourselves, so I believe in God.

No matter if it took 7 days or 70 Million Years, it was still the hand of God and time has no relevance to God.

Peace!

He didn't because there's no such thing as "God" or "Life After Death" or "Heaven". Go ahead, delete this, but this is what I believe, so why aren't you going to delete other answers and even the question entirely? And I agree with some people here, who obviously aren't insane like the people who believe in it are, unfortunately about 99% of the world believes in it, how can you believe in this CRAP?

like He felt He had to explain how to the created?
there is no answer to that question except that the Bible says God spoke things into existence.

look to your self and you will discover that you were nothing and you become something .we have a brain and God open it not for all answers but when we die our brain will be open for all and we 'll see and know the answer.Don't see we know very little a bout universe and your question must be the last one after we solve all others .

"He" didnt create something from nothing. That doesnt even make any sense. And "He" doesnt make much sense either. The universe is a constant. It will always be, and it always has been.
