Google and a lot of digging. I did this for a while when I started my business but was so dissapointed with the quality that I found a local vendor that would guarantee quality and use him exclusively. He costs a little more, but it is worth it.
I had one company send me a box of pens and the ink was dry. Response? "What did you expect." Umm ... I guess pens that worked wasn't the right answer.

I wouldn't go with the cheapest, they aren't very good. Take a look at www.norwood.com most of the products are pretty good. Then find a local sales rep.

Try searching on ebay or to some business-related directories that cater to cheap products.
