HOME CARE:
>brush your teeth atleast 2 times a day. if you have sensitive teeth use a toothpaste that's made specially for sensitive teeth. brush the chewing surfaces of the teeth. it tends to have a cavity because of the grooves presnt in there.
>use dental floss, interdental brushes (if you want to havea cleaner between teeth, it also help massage the gums)
>if you want whiter teeth use whitening toothpaste it's not too harmful in the teeth unlike the whitening agents... but you can buy whitening products if you want.
> avoid eating hard foods as it tends to "crack" your teeth. i mean just don't "over do" it.
>>for a fresher breath use mouth wash. it helps minimize bacterias in our mouth.
>also brush your tongue it will help you minimize germs that is in the mouth. and take those white spots and debris that is in the mouth.

DENTAL OFFICE CARE:
>have a regular dental check-up. doctor knows what's best for your teeth and they will help you know more how to take good care of your teeth
>if you have cavities let your dentist filled it up so that it won't grow bigger. and you can also save your tooth.
>for stronger teeth... have your dentist apply topical flouride.
>always have your regular cleaning to keep your teeth &gums healthy.

The " quality " of your teeth could mean just about anything and since you didn't specify I will assume that you meant colour. Some people don't have bright white teeth even though their teeth are clean.It's just not the colour of the enamel and usually there is little that can be done about that unless you want to go the expense of veneers or caps. All you can do is make sure you brush and floss, visit your dentist regularly , stay away from things that aren't good for your teeth and take in lots of foods etc. that contain calcium. : ) Whatever problem you are experiencing could be genetic if it's not within regular upkeep.

There is a number of ways . You can just wash you teeth with tooth past . And use mouthwash . Or if you on about how to make you teeth more stronger there is different types for fruits other that does helps . Just ask your dentist or ask some one who did Biology in school in there last yeas or two . And how did higher level .

Brush your teeth at least twice a day (or after eating) and floss daily. Avoid eating too much candy or drinking soda because it promotes tooth decay. See a dentist every 6 months to get a professional cleaning and to check for cavities. You need a professional cleaning because they have special tools to remove plaque.

Brush twice a day and floss- avoid sugary drinks etc. Have plenty of calcium in your diet.
