if msg is a natural flavour enhancer how come in the ingredients of some walkers crisps - does it say monosodium glutamate(from wheat) this wouldnt bother me if i wasnt intolerant to wheat

as far as i know msg is not natural, its a chemical. and you should stay away from it because it makes you eat more, therefore gain weight AND, if you suffer from migraines it will set on a migraine. msg causes headaches. msg = bad.

Monosodium glutamate (MSG) is a favourate ingredient at Chinese restaurants and take-aways.
I can eat wheat products but can't take much MSG without severe dhiorrea and vomiting. So, yes, you can be allergic to MSG but not other gluten products.

Don't know why.

I know food I ate contained monosodium glutamate(MSG) because I always have headache afterwards. Also I heard that MSG is not good for your health eventhough it's purpose is to enhance the taste of your food. I try to stay away from using or eating food laced with MSG cause.

It is natural if it is coming from wheat as wheat is natural...
