It seems if you are an American and have generations of history in this country , You have less rights than a fresh immigrant ( No matter what the immigrant did in the past ). And if you stand up for your rights as an American , The government will shut certain Americans down calling it discrimination .

I think an immigrant should live in this country for a test period of at least 1 year . If they are not gainfully employed ( paying taxes , Not taking taxes ) and following our laws and show they want to be here ...Then they can become citizens . If not deport them and let them be a burden to their country .

The one common statement I hear are immigrants saying . " Stupid Americans" .

Are we?

What do you think ?

You are confusing immigrant with illegal alien. Understandable though. The liberal press and the pro illegal lobby will never ever use the word illegal nor will they publicize the detrimental effects.

Illegal aliens have an army of special interest groups behind them. They have the ACLU who will block any legislation designed to block access to social services. They have racist groups like La Raza, and MEChA that receive government (your tax dollars) funding.

You don't hear legal immigrants saying stupid Americans. What you hear is illegal aliens making that statement.

The truth of the matter is that our government is stupid for allowing this and even more stupid for funding it. The La Raza statement "For the race everything for all others nothing is pretty clear" yet you hear nothing about that. what you do hear is that "supposedly" membership in the KKK is on the rise. Every major newspaper ran that story based on a unsubstantiated statement made by the anti defamation league. So who knows if that is actually a fact?

I do know that KKK does not receive funding from the US government so why do we fund hate groups like LA Raza?

Stupid

I dont think they should be ALLOWED to come here at all without PRIOR approvals through the Immigrations offices, also with the immigrations office being totally neutral except for the quality of that person being let in by TESTS that are made to be passed, and one is speaking English.
Nor should they ever get a free ride from the tax payers , or the government, america has enough of its own poor to care for.
Immigrants are not all saying stupid Americans, just the prejudiced and bitter ones over the mexican american war......
old wars, old news..
love americas peoples, or leave.

a various and balanced atmosphere. New cultural traditions, i.e Mexican nutrition. a plenty-mandatory labor source. Taxes. Immigrants make contributions as plenty, if not greater, to American society, than people who have been born right here. additionally, i'm from India and immigrated while i replace into 6 (legally,) so do no longer circulate insulting immigrants. We pay taxes, are knowledgeable, and style a proficient labor base. i ask your self what you will think of roughly what immigrants make contributions in case you got something from my dad's corporation or had my mom, an ER checklist, shop your existence. think of roughly that.

Actually immigrants that are here to become a citizen have a much tougher task than wht you have laid out top become a citizen. The problem is the huge illegal immigrant population who puts an incredible burden on the system while contributing very little to it.

Just look at places like San Diego and all the border towns on Texas. They hospitals and social welfare programs are stretched to the breaking point and in every case the finger is pointed at illegal aliens and their usage of the system whil in most cases not paying any taxes.

I think that ILLEGALS have more rights than we do. I have to pay for my health care, food, home, etc.. I tried to get help because I had a heart attack in August was told that I didn't deserve any help because I don't have kids and I should be working 2 or more jobs instead of wasting their time. I had just had a heart attack & have been paying into the system since the late 1980s! I can't wait to move!

Yes Americans give illegals a free ride, they will even tell you they dont have to pay for medical, housing, school, food or laws they break.Wouldnt that be nice not to have to pay taxes so someone whos ungrateful ,then can shout in your face and burn your flag and threated to take over your country, break your laws and rape your women and children . It is all part of Bushes plan to rule North America.

I think that you're not very familiar with the process. Currently an immigrant has to be here legally for 5 years bemire they can apply for citizenship. I don't see the advantage in reducing that time to 1 year.

You are confusing "immigrant" with "illegal alien." An "immigrant" has just as many rights as a born and bred U.S. citizen, because they too, are "citizens." On the other hand, an "illegal alien" is someone who has entered the country through devious methods. Illegal aliens have no papers, illegal aliens use STOLEN IDENTITIES and SS Card numbers of LEGAL CITIZENS OF THE U.S. Illegal aliens demand "rights" they have no privy to. Get the picture?

Are you referring to Illegals or legal immigrants. Legal immigrants don't have any more rights than citizens. As for illegals.....that's another story.

I disagree with you on one issue. There should be no more immigration period. Also we should weed out the slackers and send them back.

They are right on the issue of us being Stupid. That is because we are for allowing this situation to happen in the first place.
