I know I am fat. well at least around my belly, and I wanted to know if I was obese?

I also wanted to know how much weight should I lose?
I am 105 pounds, at 5"2, I was thinking to go down to 85, is that good?

Your main problem is low self esteem. You need to stop fishing for compliments to make you feel better. Be who you are, stop trying to fit into a mold that society has built, and enjoy life. Plus, being a little girl, (and you are) you are going to go through so many changes in the next 75 years, it is really too early to start obsessing over something as trivial as weight.

You aren't fat and you are definitely not obese. Your weight is at the lower end of the healthy range. Looks like all you need to is tone up. Start exercising and eat healthy foods. Try to maintain the weight you are at, but exchange your fat for muscle. Focus on weight training to help you tone your muscles and aerobic to burn fat. It's pretty typical for girls to carry fat around their belly if they do not exercise, no matter how much they weigh.

do you know what is obese, it;s like you are 5'2 and weigh over 200lbs

if you want to weigh 85 lbs then you will be underweight. just do some ab exercises, watch what you eat lift some weight so you can be toned. alot of people would be happy to weigh 105, and you say you are fat, just do the ab work and you will be fine

you are of normal weight, just get some free weights and tone up a little.if you go down to 85 pounds you will be underweight. you can walk , ride a bike or run that little bit of fat off your tummy. you are healthy don't worry you don't need lipo or a gastric bypass

You are seriously getting on my nerves, I have seen your questions and was trying not to answer any of them but now it has become TOO MUCH. Just stop. we are sick of telling you, you are at a healthy weight, you know what here maybe if we stop complimenting you you will shut up okay,

you've got a big stomach

You do not need to loose weight, if you want to tone up your belly you need to do sit ups. I recommend getting a fitness ball great for a variety of core exercises. But let me emphasize again, you DO NOT need to loose weight. For your height your weight is fine and probably a little on the low end.

you are not fat or obese you may have extra fat around your belly but your bmi is 19 which is desirable. if you got down to 85 you would be underweight.

You don't look fat to me but could work on your tummy by doing some sit ups to tone your middle.

yeah ure tummy can use some toning but dude ure short so 105 is fine. why dont u worry about something other then ure weight..sheesh ure wasting ure life thinking "omg im fat".

Who the he!! told you that you were fat???
Don't even TALK about obese!
You look FINE - perfectly FINE.
If you think you have a little bit extra around your tummy, you'll outgrow it very quickly anyway.
That isn't worth dieting about. Ok, Ok, Ok, MAYBE 5# but you're FINE just the way you are!
