what does a guy mean when he keeps running his fingers thru his hair whenever he sees me?

he's either nervous, its a habit or he wants 2 draw attention 2 his hair which is a type of body language flirting , similar 2 winking but not as obvios and conciously controlled. you should ask yourself if he does that around other ppl.

Its sounds like it's a nervous reaction. Maybe your presence makes him uncomfortable. It's not necessarily a bad thing..he just might be too nervous to say something to you and doesn't quite know how to act around you.
