I usually don't, but if I'm missing out, then I might start! what's your opinion you avid tea drinkers out there!

Yes, always. Get maximum flavour out of the bag!

However, if the tea is close to stewing be wary of doing this.

Me,i'll just take the teabag out.I don't do squeezing.Try leaving the teabag a lil longer if u feel that you r missing out on the colour and the flavour.That should do the trick.

As a matter of fact, I just fixed me some Green Tea, and yes I DID SQUEEZE THE TEA BAG BEFORE I TOOK IT OUT!!!!

I prefer loose tea in a ball for optimal taste impact and never squeeze the bag it imparts bitter oils back into the tea that the filter trapped.

I just take the tea bag out, I don't wanna squeeze it because it might get too strong.

I squeeze mine. I like to have it all. People say if you squeeze the rest out it makes the tea bitter but I have never tasted bitterness in my tea by squeezing it.

I do, You can visibly see your drink become darker with the herbs in the tea. Taste wise I don't put sweeteners in my tea so I like the flavor as strong as possible.

i always squeeze it just to get that last drop of flavor. I'm not sure how much of a difference it really makes though. Try it sometime!
