If it was scheduled to be mailed on the 16th you should get it within 4 to 6 business days. You should be getting it by the 23rd if not before.

likely not later than March 27. even as they used to do a calendar, the IRS allowed 7 days between the launch of the refund and the mailing of the verify. in case you want a swifter refund next three hundred and sixty 5 days, use a monetary company account or card for digital deposit of your refund.

You misunderstood when you though it said you would receive your refund by the 13th. The IRS only processes refunds on Fridays. They NEVER state when a refund will be received, only when it will be sent. The post office should deliver mail in 2 or 3 business days. If you have not received it before you move, Be sure to have your mail forwarded to your new address. The check will be forwarded.

I think they mail on Friday for the check to arrive Saturday, because more people are home. I have always received my return (before direct deposit was available) the Saturday after the date they state, in your case Feb. 17. In the future you may want direct deposit, no check to get lost in the mail and it would be in your account on the 16th....They will not do anything until you have not received the check for a month after they mail it, sorry.

It should not take more than 7 to 10 days if it is being mailed, some people get it within a few days of mailing. you should have it way before the month is over

tax returns e-filed between 12PM EST Jan 26 and 12PM EST Feb 2 are disbursed by the US Treasury on Feb 9; however,if you go to the IRS website you will find this message:
**NOTE: Our system will be down periodically and without warning today, February 9, 2007, until Monday, February 12, 2007, due to system problems. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.**
