I occasionally use Shareaza and it works fine. Is there anyway I can speed the downloads up? Please provid detail because I think I have pretty much done a lot of things already to speed them up

Basically, the speed of t he downloads is limited by the computers that the files are hosted on. The variables include bandwidth, server speed, and how much bandwidth the person has configured for uploads, how many uploads and downloads are going on simultaneously on the server, etc. So, in short, other than looking for other copies of the file on different servers, there isn't much you can do to increase the speed. (Assuming from what you have said you have already done everything on your side for maximum speed)
