He is 19 and he used to play soccer, but last year he had an incident while playing and injured(damaged) two of the ligaments of his right knee. The doctors say that he needs an operation but this operation is not possible in my country.Iwant to know the coast of this operation and if it is possible for him to play again. Now he goes at the gym everyday but i see that he is very depressed because he was a good player and soccer was his life.I am writing from Albania and even if we find the money there is going to be the problem of getting the visa.Ireally want to help him because he is not the same as he used to be but i don't know what to do.Please help me!

I would research the issue and maybe even email some major hospitals in the United States. A lot of these hospitals provide free treatment (that includes airfare etc) for foreigners who can't afford. Try shooting an email to the American Red Cross or Doctors without Borders. They might be able to tell you who to contact.

First of all...Was there insurance to cover all of the players on the team, in case of an accident?
Doesn't the doctor have an idea how much the surgery would cost? Doesn't the doctor know if it's possible for him to play again?
Of course, your brother is depressed.
Anything is possible if you have the determination to take it step by step and get the knee fixed, get therapy after the surgery, and work on the his morale.
The morale can start immediately. Have faith. He is young. He needs to follow doctors instructions for the best recovery.
Find out what is involved in getting a visa. Other people get them. Why not you?
Find out the closest country that can do the best surgery.
Ask doctors for things they can help with.
Ask about visa's.
Find out if there was insurance coverage because he was a player.
Make a list of all the things you need to do. Do the most important ones first.
Don't be discouraged. When you least expect it; things will turn around.
Pray.

I doubt there will be any probs when it comes to getting a visa.. just as long a you can provide them with the necessary details like:. which Dr he will be seeing, letter from the DR he will be seeing, where he will be staying and proof of funds that he will use to pay for the surgery, proof that he will be returning home.

it should not be hard.
