I am becoming confused with the amount of logos on packages and I am unsure what to look for in a logo that informs me what packaging can be recycled

agree with mad - in a nutshell its what you can take to your local recycling plant. basically paper, card, any plastic bottles like washing up liquid bottles, shampoo bottles, coke bottles etc, glass bottles, but generally not drinking vessels or sheets of glass. Also grass cuttings, leaves, dead flowers etc.

There's no use to you in the product having a recyclable logo if you need to travel 50 miles to find somewhere that will recycle it! Look on your local council's website and find what items / materials they will accept and bob's your uncle.

Personally, I find that what I can recycle is limited by what my local council will either collect at the house, or accept at their recycling sites, so I rely on their leaflets to help me. They don't necessarily take everything that has a 'recycle' logo on it.

The only one that I am aware of is BOTTLES recycling point.
