how do I report a minister that I don't think is doing a good job, & how to get a new minister . The one in my church seems to be so busy with other things that he don't go to visit the sick, just thinks about himself..

Read your Bible. It is your duty to visit the sick, not your pastor's duty.

The Baptist General Conference oversees all Baptist churches. One member doesn't usually report a pastor though as the proper line of communication would be for you to approach the deacons and elders. Your church should also regularly hold meetings for it's members where these things are discussed.

This is the problem with protestant churches. There is no authority, every joe shmoe is a theologian. No hierarchy to report him to, just have to either leave the church or be a self-professed minister yourself. Do you realize that Jesus established His kingdom on earth through the Catholic/Orthodox church? Remember even one of the Twelve sinned so there are sinners in Catholic hierarchy but Jesus lets the bad weeds grow with the good ones until the harvest.
