First of all, there is nothing you can eat that will change your height. You are still young, and are not finished growing. I have seen growth spurts in both boys and girls near the end of high school. I am only 5'2" myself. :>) Your weight does not sound bad for your size. You can buy things at vitamin shops and health food stores that help you put on weight, but you should really talk to a Dr before starting anything like that. You need to decide if you need muscle or just general weight. Also, eating sweet junk foods can make some people lose weight because their metabolism is high, so don't think eating a bunch of junk will help. Spicy food can raise your metabolism too, making it harder to put on pounds. So...talk to a Dr. or a health food professional. I know you are a kid, so it may be easier for you to make some phone calls.

Good things come in small packages, it does not matter the size honey, it is what you put forth. I am about 21/4 inches taller, 5'1" and the only thing that stumps me is reaching things from the second shelf in the cupboards, which I use my ladder for. You are petite, but I bet you have a big heart and give it your all. Isn't that what really matters?

You are fine! When I was in 8th grade, last year, I was 4"11 too, and I only weighed 86 pounds, don't worry, I wouldn't gain any weight if I were you.

aright im in the 8th grade too and i weigh 92 and im 4/9 so i cant really help but what helps me get through is i eat a ton of apples but i never ever gain of loose weight and i never get taller everyone is all you never going to grow dont worry girl you will grow on your own time everyone is different and like i said to one of my other friend shorties can do very good things............

Well, I don't know about what to eat to grow taller. I, myself, am only 5' 5". As far as gaining weight, if you eat carbs(bread), protein(eggs)...that should get you started. Just eat them in moderation. A lot of eggs will raise your cholesterol too.

Well Drinking milk will help you get taller and you probably have a fast metablism like me and its really hard to gain weight unless you eat aloot of mcdonalds which i dont recomend

Height is pre-determined at birth to an extent. stand as tall as you can and try to push your head up and hold it and it will help a very small bit, don't overdo it and hurt yourself. I drink a carnation instant breakfast shake after a meal to put on a little weight. 2 shakes a day work ok. Again, don't overdo it.
