What's a good, free program that will manage my desktop wallpaper besides Webshots?

I am pretty wary about websites for wallpapers but, you can save the ones you like and they will store in the wallpapers feature on properties when you right click on desktop.

I hope you enjoy looking at your wallpaper because it will slow everything else down. Graphics in any program consume memory. My wallpaper and screensaver are set to blank and none. You have no idea how this improved my speed.
