guys plzzzzz am not here to argue about religion , am here to hear your opinions, plz i want respect.

the quran respects and mentions jesus and moses PBUT as much as it does about the prophet muhammed peace be upon him. plz i love jesus as much as i love prophet muhammed. whats happening today about the terrorism has definiatly influnced people and what they think of islam. but thats not my point. my point is you guys all know that the Quran was the last book and it dos not deny moses neither jesus...its only saying that muhammed is the last prophet and so evryone who beilves in jesus and moses should follow muhammed..

Hello,

You bring up an interesting point but unfortunatly none of the ones above are willing to open up their minds to discuss it. Yes the Quran is the last inspired book which stated that he was the last prophet of all. In Islam there are 2 things something called (Aqeeda) which means belief and all religions have agreed to worship God (Allah) then there's something called (Shariee'a) which means the physical acts of worship, this is the point where the religions differ, in prayers, fasting...etc. Unfortunatly people find it hard to worship in a different way than they are used to, because what is considered a sin in one religion is not in another. E-mail me if you want to talk more about it

Peace

Because there is nothing new in that book, only what the prophet plagiarized from the other books.... and it's Torah.

Also, you can't just expect people to accept new books that are directly contrary to theirs. I accept the Torah but not the Bible or the Qur'an, because in the Torah it states that no letter of the law shall be changed but the Bible and the Qur'an both change things. Sorry. If the Torah were the newest book, would you follow it? Think not.

As for Jews and Christians, I do not think they can follow a book that insults them and calling them apes and pigs and even orders Muslims to wage war against them. It would look like asking Americans to follow what Hitler wrote.

i have something to say to the christains. when jesus first said he was a prophet and a son of God, he was the last prophet of the time. and some people saying things like "last is not best", then what about when Jesus was the last messenger. his religion was the right religion of the time, but only about a dozen believed him!

The quran is not from God and should not be followed. Do you actually expect people to deny God and His Son Jesus because of the word of one man, the false prophet muhammad, the lone voice of islam?

May God Bless you.

I assume that you believe that the Quran was the last INSPIRED book. The problem is that you are assuming it to be inspired which is fine for your personal beliefs, but don't expect others to believe it unless you can PROVE that it is inspired of God.

That is the problem with all so-called inspired scriptures. Prove that they are inspired of God. But you need to first prove that there was a god to inspire them in the first place, and that is something I have yet to see.

There is a new one written every day. There is nothing special about the Quran. It is not the first nor the last.

It was written to replace the other "religious" writings.
Mohamed set himself up as THE prophet of God.
Trouble is, he was not a prophet. All of the things he gave as prophesies did not come to pass. A real prophet has a 100% accuracy rating.
Mohamed was a madman, a nut case. It's not good to follow the teachings of a madman. The guy was a pedophile and was subject to rantings and seizures.
Do the practices of those who follow him seem sane to you? They don't to me.

Newer is not always better.
Actually, the book of mormon came about in the mid 1800's...it, too is another example of a silly little book of fiction.
Religion came about when the first con-man met the first idiot...
