I need a search engine that can search nothing but murders and police reports and news paper articles relating to the murder. I cannot stress how crucial that i get the info i need is... i really need help.
I cannot disclose why i need this, please, help.

If it is that serious, you need to contact the police with any information you have. The kind of databases you require is not available unless you are a good hacker.
