Bananas....

Under ripe, slightly green bananas are cheaper and will eventually mature in a warm room, but avoid very green ones.

One of nature's sweetest (and virtually fat-free) treats, the banana offers a healthy helping of potassium along with vitamin. C and B vitamins.

Did you know?...
Your body's supply of vitamin B6 must be replenished each day, and eating bananas is a good way to do it. Vitamin B6 plays a role in antibody production, so an adequate supply of this nutrient strengthens immunity.

1. Taste great!
2. Less guilt than a candy bar.

I am skinny. I love for the over weight people in my office to see me eating a banana around 4 o'clock when they are eating a candy bar. I could eat candy all day and not weigh as much as them. But, I like bananas. Alas, I have no breast and no butt. I look horrible in a slinky dress. Whatever, bananas taste good and are good for you.
