I'm trying to loose some pounds for prom. I'm on a diet right now and I exercise each day, twice a day but i just can't seem to loose the weight. Any suggestions?

Eat three small meals a day. . . one in the morning, the other at lunch and another BEFORE 6.00 pm. Try not to snack and don't eat after 6.00 unless you're going to exersize it off! Exersize more-run, star jump, squat, sit-ups and all that jazz!! Good Luck

try eating your carbs early in the day and few if any carbs for your evening meal and not eating 2 hours before you go to sleep...i tried this and it worked when i was stuck on a diet...

because your execise regimen might be for muscle building. muscle is heavier. what kind of program are you on? what kind of diet are you on?

throw out your junk food and don't think about it. think about something elese for a change
