They say you need to drink 8 glasses per day... but is it true??
Im trying to drink water because they say its good 4 the skin and i need all the goodness i can get!
Also does it matter if you add dilute to water?

How much water should I drink every day?
That depends on your body weight and daily activity level. A general guideline is to drink at least eight glasses of water a day (1 glass=8 oz., 8 glasses=64 oz.). But the more active you are, the more water your body needs. The following chart illustrates minimum daily requirements for water based on individual activity levels:

I asked the same question a couple of month's ago. I found when I drink 10 to 12 12oz. glasses of water my whole body seems healthier. My skin looks great and I have alot of energy. But I think at least 8-10 a day and some people will say you get water in your food but nothing beats the real thing. Godbless.

there have been some situations that I certainly have, alongside with on a warm summer season's day while i'm out mowing and such, yet seldom drink greater advantageous than 4 - 5 glasses an afternoon. Sheesh, if human beings do all the stuff they declare is robust for us, we would all be obese, getting up interior the path of the evening to apply the rest room, and so on.

ha baby girl the thing is that your body needs water so the best thing to do is give it what it needs at lease 1/2 gallion a day o and the best kind of water is distilled .....

8 is good, you're body will tell you if you need more. Eat fish for the skin, asian women eat alot of fish, and they're beautiful.

take your body weight, divide it by 2. the answer of the equation will determine the number ounces you need to drink daily. i hope this made sense.
