I will tell you this, since you say this is a serious question. You have what is called a freedom of choice. If you can't believe in Jesus, the Bible, or in any religion, Why try to force yourself into believing?
The best thing to do is explore any or all religious beliefs with an open heart, mind and soul. Do not force yourself to believe in anything. Never let anyone impose their religious believes or points of view on you and your life.

Why are you 'unable' to believe in Jesus and the Bible? Do you think the millions of believers in the world are drugged? You are looking for an easy answer. It's a common malady of our times. Anything worthwhile is seldom easy. Put forth some effort. Study the Bible with an open mind. Psalms 10 4 says" In the pride of his face the wicked does not seek him; all his thoughts are, "There is no God." Do not allow pride or a closed mind intefere with your search for God You will be amazed at what the Bible really teaches as opposed to what you may have heard or understood from a cursory reading of it.
Here is a link to where you can get assitance if that is what you really desire.

Only YOU can permanently alter your brain chemistry... you may disagree... but whatever: hand. hehe
I'd say if you want to try on a brik-brak puppy snack, try acid and wander into a crowd of testifiers with endurance... and see how long it is till you crack. I've heard that this sort of thing was actually done in marriage counseling 'psychiatry' with MDMA in the early 90's. I am sure that it was practiced with the H. K. as well.
There is NO problems with "weed" man... you ever suck ___ for "weed" man...?
Try Hashish upon that golden bough ... and go stealth running through the forest.

Why are you "unable to believe in Jesus and the Bible?" Sorry, but there is nothing in the natural realm that will provide you with fire insurance. If you truly want to ensure your eternal life, you need salvation. That's the easy answer.
To receive salvation, you have to give your whole heart and your whole life to God and desire with allyour being to walk in His ways. That doesn't mean you have to do everything His way every day. You won't be able to. But it does mean that you have a guide book to help you do your earthly best. It is called the Bible.
How can you change your brain to do this? You can attend a church that teaches out of the bible so your heart hears the message. You cannot think your way into heaven, you cannot work your way into Heaven, you cannot drug your way into Heaven. God only wants those who come to Him willingly.
Try reading The Case for Christ by Lee Strobel. He was an atheist who set out to disprove the existence of Christ and His resurrection and ended up become a Christian because of what his intense research taught him.
May you be blessed and find what you are truly seeking.

Belief in chemicals is not a very good religion, the body basically revolts against it and our bodies only react positively to a healthy body and mind.
You might want to look into Buddhism. In the meantime, try Yoga to get your body and mind into better shape.
You are asking the right questions.
Good luck.

No drug needed. Maybe a little brain damage might have the desired effect, if you cleave one or other side of your brain, thereby removing the conscience crosstalk. This will create the necessary absolutist attitude for believing.

Read a book and get some education. Find a job and do something positive with your time.
As far as avoiding hell, you have one way of doing that, Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life. He is better than all the drugs on earth.

if your sole intent is "fire insurance".....
forget it.
God will not hear you.
one might imagine that you may have
already altered your brain chemistry.
the only "drug" that will help you
at this point is "Jesus Christ".
John 3: The Words of Jesus Christ (God in the flesh)
3. "Verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God."
4. Nicodemus saith unto Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?"
5. Jesus answered, "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter the Kingdom of God."
6. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again."
16. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
18. He that believeth on Him is not condemned; but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."

No drug will help you. Relief will be possible only if you stop taking drugs. Go to a counsellor or an drug de-addiction set up. Do it fast. Otherwise the drugs and the depression which is reflected in your question will devour you.
