In the past 7 months I have lost 74lbs and by doing this I have cut down on the amounts of food that I eat at 1 sitting. I eat slower and chew my food a-lot more than I used to, I also use foods with less fat and use either no butter or less butter. I eat white rice and vegetable with chicken, lots of vegetables, steamed veggies are great with no butter/margarine, you can quickly adapt to the flavor and in no time you will change your taste buds. You will eventually realize you don't need to eat as much and you become full faster and you can enjoy the foods you love by just eating a little healthier, but still enjoy pizza and other yummy foods just in smaller portions. Try it, Good Luck! It's working for me.

There isn't a tablet for meal replacment and you wouldn't enjoy it even if there was! Slim fast and all that jazz are disgusting and expensive too. Just change your lifestyle and eat healthier. I think stock cubes probably contain calories and fat, so you may as well eat some fruit instead! I am now a healthy eater and only eat natural foods... e.g foods that have grown or lived and dairy is ok as its natural too. drinks lots of water and green tea. try not to obsess over weight loss as if you eat healthier the weight will come off naturally. Exercising 30 mins 3 times a week will do no harm either. Good luck! :)

There is no substitute for meals for weight loss. You need a balanced meal. Eat plenty of fruit and veg and drink lots of water. Stock cubes have loads of salt and additives. Do exersize each day like a good walk. Avoid sugary drinks and fats. Look at food labels on packaging. Many supermarket colour code their food and tell you salt and fat contents. You will damage your health unless you eat properly.

I've recently lost 10 pounds, and the way I did it was cutting out cheese on pasta (you barely notice if the sauce is flavorful) cutting out salad dressing (eating the lettuce leaves along with bited of other food makes you barely miss it) and replacing all ice cream in my house with frozen yogurt (half the fat). Also, try to cut down on oil, which has a surprisingly high amount of calories, and peanut butter, which is also high in fat.

Try good quality nutritional shakes that give you extra low calorie protein. I used ShapeWorks from A1diet. I lost a stone and a half in 6 weeks and I didn't feel hungry at all!

How about fruit and veg' smoothies, but not to use to much of either. You can add juice and a little flavour, such as ginger, or vanilla, honey etc.

a big *** bowl of white rice and egg whites has really no fat and i mean you could eat HUGE portions until you barfed and you would loose weight eventually as long as you ate it during the day light.
