Absolutely not...most of the cancer victims I know were very healthy eaters with extremely healthy lifestyles.
My brother was a vegetarian, meditated daily, had a great exercise routine, never smoked, never drank alcohol and died of cancer of the fat tissue. Most people I know who have cancer fall into my brother's category. I don't think diet and lifestyle have nearly as much to do with it as the media states.

no, cancer appears to be caused by many things, environment is a big one....my grandma had lung cancer, she never smoked but my grandpa did. My grandpa had breast cancer...go figure, and yes, men can get it too. it is also in the genes, my family has it horribly. Scared the heck out of me and makes me a whole lot more aware of my body.

no...it doesn't prevent 100%. but will help to avoid those that may develop it later in life, but also that and drinking minimum required number of glasses a day of water will also help. some will develop no matter what. not smoking will help big time, esp cannabis. 2 joints equal 1 pack of cigarettes. probably less now that the potency is getting higher. exercise will help prevent. all you can do is take steps in prevention, esp if there's a history of it in your family.

No, eating a well-balanced diet with focus on green, leafy veggies will help in the prevention, but it isn't going to guarantee no cancer.
How about someone who eats healthy but smokes?
Or lies in the sun?
The diet has little effect on them, though there is some benefit.

No, they have shown that even organic carrots have cancer causing chemicals in them (they also have a lot of cancer fighting chemicals)
Some people are just going to get cancer, period, when it is your time it is your time.
They have also shown viruses to cause cancer (HPV, Hepatitis C)

No, of course not. No matter how/what you eat, you could still get melanoma (skin cancer resulting from exposure to the sun) or mesothelioma (lung cancer resulting from exposure to asbestos).
