Grinding in Joints?

If one can hear grinding in the vertebrae in the neck, what does this mean and what can be done to correct it.

It sounds like you are developing deterioration in your neck. If you have pain going down either arm you should seek medical help, eventually you will likely need to see an orthopaedic if you have continue crunching.
