well, sometimes you shake, depends on whats going on though. i work in a feild were i see people with various mental health issues. but i've also seen people fake it and shake like there having a panick attack but just wanting attention. not being mean, but they dont' have any other skills and haven't learned the skills they need to develop healthy relationships and communications. some that really are going through panick attacks sometimes get withdrawn because they are also going through fear, there breathing changes, they have a hard time focusing. depression, most of this stuff you can look up and read online, but what i seen with people i work with quiet, withdrawn, sleeps alot, doesn't care, anger, sometimes rage, might have a blankness to them.

I have anxiety,I have panic attacks and when you do experience this you feel like you are going to die or go crazy.
Your body can go into this "Flight or Fight" mode for no known reason. our bodies are equipt to fight or run away from danger, there is a gland that pumps adrenaline and epinephrine into our system which produce the shakes, sweats, fast heart beat etc...
telling us to get up and fight or take off running from a harmful situation. But you see this can happen while you are watching tv out of the nowhere. thats why it is an anxiety disorder because our brain tells us something is wrong when in fact we are relaxed watching tv. Not to worry all you have to do is breath through your abdomen not through your chest. take deep breaths and re-assure yourself that you are fine, that there is no danger and try hard to convince yourself ok. I took classes of qi-gung look that up and see if it helps.

Yes, it can. Your body can get quite messed up with these problems. Are you currently taking any medications? You could be od'ing on them. Go sit in some sunshine and try to relax. Do not drink coffee, try water instead. Eat some fruit. Contact a doctor on Monday.

stress is harmful to the body and so is anxiety and depression - people who worry live shorter lives than people who don't care.
