1) I tried it and it worked. Not sure how, except that it is a low calorie, right calorie program. Meaning yes you are restricting your calorie intake, however since you are having quality nutrition you don't feel hungry at all.
2) I lost 20 pounds in just over a month.
3) combination of protein type shakes and cleansing juice and supplements
4) About $5.50 a meal
5) YES, absolutely worth it. I've never had such continued success and so easy.
6) I bought through www.malfox.isagenix.com. If you sign up as an associate you pay a membership which will give you wholesale pricing, but you are NOT required to become a sales person. It's actually cheaper to pay this annual membership fee then to buy retail. And you will find that once you have success, folks will ask how you did it and then you may want to sign them up. That's my plan anyway.

I buy it from myself because I have a wholesale membership.
30 day is 249.00 wholesale and 349.00 retail
9 day is 125.00 wholesale and 164.95 retail

It is not available in store, only from an Isagenix associate.

I lost 12 lbs in my first 9 day cleanse. I have kept it off on the maintenance program.

My side effects were: A bit hungry with headaches on the first day

I use the Isagenix system. I have lost 20 lbs and gone from a size 18-10. My young son has had great results with a health issue as well from the program.
