Try this:
1. Daily in the morning, half an hour before breakfast on an empty stomach and at night before sleeping, drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup of water.
2.Also, drinking this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body even though the person may eat a high calorie diet.

You would find that most people who were forced to eat curtain vegetables are the people who don't like them, anyway. The only way you are going to loose weight is to is to eat sensibly. One of the best ways is to eat foods that are low in sugar. I was put on a diet of this type and lost 40 kilo's in under 6 months without exercise. Your body needs all the vitamins minerals you find in vegetables, your body will not be able to function efficiently with out them. There really is no other way to loose weight. oh and try to eat healthy foods every 2-2.5 hours it avoids the glucose levels in your body rising and falling you need to keep them level and eat breakfast eggs the best thing. (anything with protein)

You may not like them, but your body NEEDS them! Your body was not meant to live on cake, cookies, or potato chips. Feed your body nutrient dense stuff. Try making a fruit smoothie with fresh fruit, skim milk or soy milk, some ice, and some honey. Mix it up. Use different ingredients. Eat healthy and exercise.

I am a vegetarian but I don't eat alot of actual vegetables or fruits. I like rice and pasta. There are alot of good meat substitutes out there also. The Tofurkey brand makes some good ones.
So far I've lost 34 pounds eating like this.

Exercise, exercise, exercise.

Weight loss/gain = Calories Consumed - Calories Burned
Simple.
There is no other way.
No matter what you read or see on t.v......
No pill, no diet plan, no system, no magic potion, can escape the reality of that equation.

You can help yourself by eating properly, but you must exercise, that is the key.

You don't have to eat vegetables or fruit to lose weight, but you should eat them. To lose weight:
-Limit bad carbs (white bread, pasta)
-Eat whole grains
-Eat low-fat dairy
-Stay away from junk food (cookies, ice cream)
-Don't eat trans fat
-EXERCISE. Unless you are morbidly obese, you can't lose wieght by just eating healthy, you have to exercise, too.
-Eat smaller portions

BYE =)

i don't like exercise but i do it. Those veggies anfd fruit are essential part of losing weight. Add some flavor to the vegs like hot sauce is what i do.
Lots of cardio lots, ifyou don't want to eat vegs.
