water or cranberry juice does best for me. I try and drink water after workouts and it makes me feel refreshed

water, papaya ,flax seed, and fibers
right after you wake up drink a full glass of water,then mix two tablespoons of flax seed in a warm glass of water and drink it if you do this for a month your system will be clean,if you add papaya,mango,dried prunes it will be done in about two weeks but don,t forget the water is very important eight glasses of it every day
