There are times I know without a doubt the Lord wants me to do something. I don't hear him speaking to me audibly, but I KNOW He is urging me in a certain direction.

Unfortunately, I sometimes just feel low in energy or as if I just don't have the stamina and endurance to do what God wants, and I will sometimes just sit and say "not again" or "why me"???

Here is the problem: I know the Lord will provide us with what we need to do whatever He has called us to do. So it's obviously just disobedience or spiritual laziness on my part. I admit that, I know it's wrong, and a sign that God is challenging me with greater things, and that I have more growing to do.

Well, in the meantime, what scriptures get all of you up and moving when you're in that rut and just don't want to get going? I'm sure I am not the only one who feels this way.

I pray for energy to move, but my flesh can be stubborn and gets in the way. I do not doubt that God exists, I just lack motivation at times.

All Capital letters are MY emphasis on a word:

"Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you."
-Deuteronomy 31:6

"Trust in the Lord with ALL your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In ALL your ways ACKNOWLEDGE Him, And He shall direct your paths.
-Proverbs 3:5-6

-Proverbs 16:9

"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. BUT let him ask IN FAITH, with NO DOUBTING, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.
-James 1:5-6

Bible says the truth that, “For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?”(Matthew 16:26). But exactly is the soul, not much information is available and one is left with much mental speculation and imagination without much benefit.

Bhagavad-gita gives the further details of the soul, for instance in the second chapter Lord Krishna says,
verse 12
Never was there a time when I did not exist, nor you, nor all these kings; nor in the future shall any of us cease to be.
verse 13
As the embodied soul continuously passes, in this body, from boyhood to youth to old age, the soul similarly passes into another body at death. A sober person is not bewildered by such a change.
verse 16
Those who are seers of the truth have concluded that of the nonexistent [the material body] there is no endurance and of the eternal [the soul] there is no change. This they have concluded by studying the nature of both.
verse 17
That which pervades the entire body you should know to be indestructible. No one is able to destroy that imperishable soul.
verse 20
For the soul there is neither birth nor death at any time. He has not come into being, does not come into being, and will not come into being. He is unborn, eternal, ever-existing and primeval. He is not slain when the body is slain.

The above is just a example. There are much more to say, but it is sufficient to say that while the holy Bible & Quran are giving message about God, it is like a pocket dictionary, whereas the Vedas give further details of God like a encyclopedia gives.

You are not the body. You are the spirit soul living in the heat and the Lord is also with you in the heart as the super soul watching you and your activities.
A.C.Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada Bhagavad-gita-as-it-is, gives purport to chapter 2, verse 22, as follows.
Both the Mundaka Upanisad (3.1.2) and Svetasvatara Upanisad (4.7) confirm this:
"Although the two birds are in the same tree, the eating bird is fully engrossed with anxiety and moroseness as the enjoyer of the fruits of the tree. But if in some way or other he turns his face to his friend who is the Lord and knows His glories—at once the suffering bird becomes free from all anxieties." Arjuna has now turned his face towards his eternal friend, Krishna, and is understanding the Bhagavad-gita from Him. And thus, hearing from Krishna, he can understand the supreme glories of the Lord and be free from lamentation.

God HAS given us what we need to accomplish His calling on us.
The hardest part is getting up and walking through it.

John 1:1, Mark 2:10, Romans 8:28, Romans 8:38,39, Acts 4:12, 2 Peter 1:5-8, 2 Peter 2:9 (just a few, right?)

That's saying: God loves us and cares for and about us individually and everything concerning us is good, no worries. Keep praying, keep reading and keep looking up.

Jesus is the two the thank you to salvation and the fact, whilst God is the existence. that would desire to point 2 people no longer 3. "Me and my father are one" would additionally clarify 2 people turning out to be one no longer 3. "in the previous Abraham became i'm" Jesus announcing that he became with God before everything. as quickly as lower back 2 people no longer 3. yet right this is have been you get 3 "while i'm long gone the comforter will come" Jesus became conversing of the holy spirit. So Jesus became break away the spirit and God became break away Jesus and the holy spirit became despatched from God meaning a separate section additionally. so which you get 3 separate components of the single guy or woman the daddy, Son and Holy spirit being 3 separate components yet all coming from the single guy or woman God.

I love Philippians 2:13: For it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to do for His good pleasure.

I had a commander in the Air Force who was a real jerk. Nothing I did pleased him, and he played mind games. I decided that, if I couldn't get transferred to another squadron, I would kill myself. I got the transfer, but I hated him with every fiber in my body. I knew I had to forgive him, but I couldn't and didn't even want to. I prayed for help.

One day, while reading Philippians, that verse jumped out at me: God is working in me to make me want to do His will! So I took that as a promise. After awhile, I wanted to forgive him; then I actually did. Today, I can look back on that impassively. It's just no big deal anymore.

Christ is our strengthener. Anytime you feel a bit low try reading The Sermon on the Mount beginning in Matt. 5 and really contemplate what Christ is teaching. It is staggering when you truly contemplate the guide he is giving us for our lives.
