I'm a student of English Literature.I'm from middle east, I speak Arabic and Polish and everytime I try to speak English I feel that it sounds like Polish language!! I don't have the accent, is it to late for me to learn speaking english fluently?!?? And how can I improve it, and I speak only in the classroom and can find anyone with whom I can speak (native speaker)! pls help!

dont worry just speak
the more u speak the more confidence u will get n day by day ur english will improve


btw

i was among the same pool in which u r right now. even i was not able to speak in english
but i did well
all u need is to speak
dont think that ppl will humiliate u if u spell something wrong
but this the only way u will learn

I speak english and I was having problems
finding someone to teach me arabic, so
I found someone online who I could tak to who spoke arabic and who was interested in improving their english.
I started talking to them using the mic on my computer and we both helped each other out. I learned arabic and he improved his english.

Try watching and listening to some TV programs. Try talking to some strangers in different places: on the street, in shops etc.

so should try reading the books,newspapers,magazines out loud..so that u can hear yourself speak and try to correct it..also watch a lot of movies and tv..try to imitate and then as the time goes by u will talk like them.. :) good luck!!!

That depends a lot on how old you are and how adept at mimicking different dialects. Practice however is the main key.

you might be able to learn some dialect / pronunciations from watching american news channels
