Why is that? Why people think lose weight is that easily. Obviously no is hard and if you want to lose weight you have to had discipline start a good diet do some cardio but you cant lose 1lb per day

It's possible, but not good.. If you start out too fast then you will "crash" and it won't work out. A good place to be at is 1-3 pounds per WEEK. Try just adding on an extra 20 -30 minutes of exercise a day. Whatever you do to get yourself moving. Eat slightly smaller portions of the same foods, it's ok not to eat everything given on your plate.

No, sorry, it isn't possible! Even if you don't eat anything a day, you wouldn't burn off one pound.
The healthy suggested amount is actually about 1-2 pounds a week, and so you shoot for something more realistic like that. I know instant results are great, but they do more damage than good in the long run. Just cut back on your food, work out more, and you'll see results in no time.

i know you've heard this before, but at 14 losing a pd per day should be the least of your worries. be thankfus you can eat at all, i can't, due to throat cancer, but if ya think you must, just try a liquid diet for a week and see what happens, good luck honey, be happy with what you've got.
