Warning I am a reformed coffee drinker. You hate tea, have you had anything other than Liptons black tea? Coffee flavors are limited but tea flavors are plentiful. I used to be a pot a day coffee addict. I could not function without my coffee. If I went too long without it I would get the most horrific headaches. I decided that I did not want to live like that. It was staining my teeth and tearing up my stomach. I started by forcing myself to get up, shower get ready and drive to work before my first cup. The first week was rough. But instead of my first cup at 7 am it was 9 am. I then allowed myself only one more cup at 3. It was not pretty but I expected it to be worse than it was. After a week I changed my afternoon coffee to a cup of black tea. Black tea has caffeine but not nearly as much. I did that for a week. I then changed my morning coffee to tea as well. After another week I changed my afternoon tea to green tea. Green tea is much more mild and has a lot less caffeine. I personally do not care for the taste of green tea to much. So I got Earl Grey green tea and mint green tea. The flavor options are endless. Eventually I changed both cups each day to green. Now I just have one cup of tea in the morning. Yes there is some caffeine in green tea but it is minimal. It does not bother my stomach. And if I want another cup I change to herbal. There is herbal tea that calms, awakens, helps with stomach issues and the flavor combinations are incredible. Now my husband. He loves his coffee. There is no changing him. When we travel our hotel is chosen by how close it is to Starbucks. I will say that the #1 down fall to being a tea lover is that it is not as easy to get as coffee. You can only drive so far without running into a Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. I carry tea bags in my purse and order hot water. No one has ever charged me for hot water. Probably because I am buying a coffee for my husband as well. I think that if you make the change you will be happy with the results. I have more energy not drinking coffee. I do not have stomach issues anymore and I am not a zombie in the morning.

I go through phases. Tes for a month or two, then I have a coffee spurt!
I`d say tea is the favourite though because I am really fussy about my coffee, it has to be instant and very weak.

I've recently gotten into drinking coffee... but I only have 1 cup a day maybe 3 or 4 times a week.
Never found a tea I liked but drink Lipton when I'm sick.
other than that, gimme water!

Love tea and coffee. My coffee has to be black as black can be with no sugar. Trouble is i am bouncing off the walls when i get home, so tea is the answer to bring you back to earth.
