Exfoliat!! and cleanse, wash your face twice a day!! And afterwards mix like a capful of teetrea oil in a small amount of water (not too much so it burns, but no to little so it doesnt have an effect) Like around 41.5 teaspoons per 100ml. Its anti bacterial and stops pimpals forming and kills off the germs etc. also if you live near the sea, i go swimming a lot, and the salt water reeeeaalllyyy helps. and drinking lots of tea and water. This has helped me, also zinc, see if you can get zinc tablets and they clear up your skin lots too, and if you have oliey skin try and eat foods with lots of vitamin A, (because you cant get them in tablets, coz they are toxic in high doses so its illegal to make or sell them, even doctors cant sell them) but like carrots have vitamin A in them.
All this has helped me with pimples!

The truth is and im being deadly serious.Water.
Also if you live in an area of hard water that is bad for your skin and will give you dandruff as well.
Most of england is known for its hard water.
I get dandruff occasionally and when i go to asia its gone in 3 days and my skin feels great. When i come back to the u.k. the dandruff comes back and there is nothing you can do about it.
For bad skin use salt based products from the dead sea.
They will help a lot.

i had very bad skin a few years ago nothing i tried worked and i tried everything. so i threw all my skin care stuff
in the bin and started using good old fashioned soap instead. now i just use wipes to take off my make up then wash with plain soap non fragranced and use a very light vichy moisturiser and ever since my skin is blemish free. try it for two weeks and if it doesn't work go to your doc

yes,i have bad skin...the fist thing you should do is add in more fruits and vegetables into your diet....especially citrus fruits...always use mild soap to wash your skin..in this case i use baby soap as they are clinically proven mild....lastly a good moisturizing lotion...use it every night before sleep or as you wish...well..thats it
