It's a good thing we have incompetent people out there to protect your ability to say that.

Yes, absolutely that is why our military and government were so incompetent when we bailed out the world in World War I, World War 2, Korea, Vietnam, heck the Revolutionary War, the Civil War. We should've just let the world fall apart, allow everyone to be oppressed.
Other than ending Slavery, Fascism, Communism, Oppression, Genocide, Holocaust, war has never solved anything, I guess.
Maybe that's why Isaac Asimov wrote books instead of governing. It's more fun to sit on the sideilnes and criiticize than it is to get out and get bloody making a change in the world.
Maybe sitting on your butt doing NOTHING is the last refuge of the incompetent coward... hmmm?

that is truly no longer the most suitable - the incompetent bypass to it a lot faster! besides the undeniable fact that the theory that violence has no position in our existence is hopelessly idealistic. Ask any policeman or protection shield no matter if violence is senseless. Ask anybody who has ever cared for a hopelessly insane individual. Ask your grandfather if he remembers a international with Adolph Hitler. Violence is wisely the most suitable desire of restraint for forces in this international that must be constrained. And as long as there are incompetents in potential all over the realm, like Kim Jong-il of North Korea, the flexibility to correctly violence is critical. No; it's often the last refuge of the righteous, when an evil adversary gives you no other option.. Isaac Asimov is a writer of fiction, and this is good example. But a nice try, though.

In the proper context, the answer is yes. If you are referring to the war and the military, the answer is no.
