How do you find the right routine or exercise for your body

If you are serious, I think going to a local fitness center, sign up, and talk to a personal trainer. Often the fitness centers have routine sign up deals so it may be worth the cost to at least get a jump start at a gym and then adjust it to your home if you can't continue to afford the monthly gym fees.

I talked to people who tried different things and had different goals. Do you want to tone up or lose a few pounds. Are you looking to lower blood pressure. These are all things to think about. Also talk to some people at different fitness centers and your doctor.

You're the only one who can really answer this question. You have to find out what your goals is. Experiment at the gym or wherever you exercise.
