Sony RDRGX 120 DVD Recorder. Can I upgrade DVD Recorder?

This recorder can record only DVD+RW, Can I do upgrade to record DVD-RW ??

no, if you brought this from a shop did the staff tell you it was only - recording format?.

Best to get a dvdr ( multi format ) with hard drive.

You'd need to upgrade the firmware too and is not possible unless Sony have released firmware to enable it. It'd be better to buy a multi format recorder.
