Please don't be nasty about this. I don't see how being born gay can be sinful, as it is one of those things you have any control over. Its just the way you are, and its been proven that people who are homosexual have certain areas of the brain that are made up differently. Do you believe that being born like that is a sin(thats like saying someone was was born with epilepsy is accountable!), or just the act of sex? I thought love was the most pure thing in the world, and does it really matter if the people you share the same gender with are the ones that you find the most drawn towards? I don't see how any sort of love can be bad. Is it just the sex?

I'm not stupid, its a perfectly reasonable question to be asking. The only person who is stupid is the one who is too scared to ask. I bet you only answered this question so you could come back later and see what others said. Besides relationships are about more than just sex and having children right?

The argument that God created man to populate the earth, and because homosexuals can't procreate that "proves" that God doesn't approve.... blah blah blah. is flawed. Millions of heretosexuals cannot procreate, yet the church still allows them to marry. If you want to get downright nasty about it, sterile heterosexuals should NOT be allowed to marry on Biblical grounds - they can't procreate. So let's set that one aside because that argument is completely asinine. When God told Adam and Eve to "replenish" the earth, it was obvious that they weren't the first "humans" to have populated the planet, since you can't "replenish" something that had not been previously "stocked." King David, according to the Bible, was a man after God's own heart, yet in David's own words, he described his love for Jonathan, the son of Saul, as a love that surpassed the love of a man for a woman. God says that when a man and woman marries, their souls become one, which is exactly what the Bible says about the souls of Jonathan and David. The absolute worst sin mentioned in the Bible is a lukewarm Christian (He will spew you out of his mouth). Interestingly enough, suicide is never even discussed in the Bible as being a sin. Then there's the standards: judge not lest ye be judged, the parable of the beam and splinter, "thou art inexcusable, o man wherefor thou judgest..." Jesus had a lot to say about people that use "rules" to condemn their brother. There is a difference between doing Jesus' will and doing your own will in Jesus' name - unfortunately most so-called Christians don't know the difference. There's only 1 requirement for being saved - ONE. "If thou will confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus Christ, and believe in thine heart that God has raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." PERIOD. END OF STORY. There's no clause in there about being gay, straight, celibate, monkey-horney, or anything else having to do with sexuality. Too many Christians want to add "amendments" to this Biblical law. There are no amendments. It stands alone, on its own merit, without need of interpretation, discernment, or definition by a mere human. Bottom line, whether one is born gay or straight isn't even an issue when it comes to the Bible. The only ones who take issue are the ones who use scripture to justify their own hatred and bigotry. If you are going to yank all the verses from Leviticus and Romans out into the light and use them to bash gays, then you need to also drag Corinthians out that says that a women is to sit down and shut up in church, be subject to her husband, not get remarried if she is dovorcedand her ex is still alive, and be condemned if she cuts her hair. But of course, the Christians will NEVER do that - it might actually make them guilty of violating their own Bible.

Leviticus 20 gives us the rules of our sexual orientation, and they are quite explicitly spelled out, much to the dismay of most Christians. Sex between men is an "abomination:" "20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them." But sex between two or more women isn't even mentioned, unless you read between the lines. When you read the whole chapter, and everything else in the Old Testament, you will find that men are supposed to have more than one wife, and it doesn't say anywhere that the wives aren't supposed to have sex with each other, unless they are closely related. In that case, the man isn't supposed to have sex with both of them either.
So have some fun girl, and don't worry about what Christians say, because they ignore the fun parts.
Regards,
Chris

Christians allege that gay relationships are sinful but that they love gays, the thing is there isn't much point being gay if you aren't going to have physical relationships, life is going to be extremely miserable and lonely and false...so ignore the Christians who allege that gay relationships are sinful and decide for yourself if you are gay because you will naturally have far more experience, understanding and knowledge of being gay than they ever could, and if you are not gay forget about the gay issues and start worrying about your own alleged sins.

First of all sex and love are not the same thing. Yes, sex comes from love but there can also be sex for no other reason than satisfying sexual urges.
As far as Homosexuality is concerned, God said it was wrong and that ends the discussion in my book.

I believe that people who are gay are not born gay. Read Romans 1 26-32, it just explains what god thinks of it

First of all it hasn't been proven that they are born that way. It is a choice of lifestyle. The Bible says a homosexual will not inherit eternal life. I would worry more about loosing eternal life than whether or not it is a sin.
