The hair is not just a part of your body and it is a symbol of beauty, status and health. It is important for you to take proper care of your health in order to prevent early hair loss. Learn here https://bitly.im/aLV6U It is not a very serious problem and with a little bit of caution you will be able to prevent further hair loss. There are certain uncontrollable factors like pregnancy conditions or certain illness or genetic factors that will result in hair loss. But, this does not mean that you cannot do something about your hair loss.

Try a shampoo/conditioner/scalp treatment called "Nioxin". A less expensive version is "Nutri-Ox". It was recommended for myself by a dermatologist.

It isn't cheap - but it helped me and others that I know. I would suggest getting it at the beauty supply and that if you have a friend that has a license to get them to buy it for you with their discount.

Myself and everyone else that I have suggested using it have had their stylist asking them what they have done to change their hair - thicker, better shine, more volume.

I have even had men come up to me and ask me what I am using so that they could try it. So there does seem to be a very visible change.

I would also suggest that you possibly may need to visit the doctor as their are medical conditions that could be causing the hair loss that need to be addressed and that simply getting the medical treatment will solve the problem.

It's a NATURAL, safe, permanent, low cost cure for this and most hair problems. Root cause of most is harsh, damaging ingredients in shampoos and other products and too frequent washing(read up on the harm it does) which inevitably denatures the hair AND scalp. By just stopping doing that healing happens. Avoid blow dryers, perms, straighteners, dyes, etc.- all ruin the hair. Best to use tea tree oil shampoo - or selenium based one with few drops of tea tree oil added. My hair was thin, I had dandruff and and I was losing a lot - the following stopped the loss, thickened hair and made new growth appear. To clear blocked hair ducts, dead follicles & return scalp to health it needs stimulation to start producing strong, well anchored thicker hair that doesn't shed. Contrary to some thinking that brushing would cause shedding or break hairs, I regularly brushed with a palm held, fairly stiff bristled brush (35 to 45 times). It is important to brush so that it irritates the scalp to a degree - this forces the new growth. A little shedding and some breakage occurs but only to begin with - it quickly stops as hair gets anchored and stronger. Keep it up and new hairs will grow longer and more will appear overtime. 4 times a week I massaged hair AND scalp with natural oil (olive oil or coconut is good) AFTER brushing and slept with it that way. Gives hair beautiful, healthy shine. My hair completely recovered - absolutely no more loss and lots of new growth. Hair is thick and strong, both scalp and hair are healthy. I now maintain a regular brushing(fewer strokes) and oiling routine and wash infrequently - no more than every 2 weeks (read up on alternatives to washing). Get as much sun as possible(vital natural vitamin source). Eat healthily, with large proportion of raw foods and oils (Olive and similar),drink fresh fruit juices, avoid denatured, processed foods, all sodas. Nuts are very good for you. I avoid restaurant foods (read up on what they do to food). I can be emailed (see my profile) if you want more info.

Try using shampoos and conditioners that nourishes the scalp. Nioxin and Hairobics are good for that. You may want to change your diet to be friendlier to hair growth, such as protein, zinc, vitamin B complex, and vitamin C.

Try protecting your hair from really harsh weather and try air drying your hair instead of using hair dryers which dry your hairs to their roots and make them brittle.
