If you mean one that comes with the food made up, Seattle Sutton has one. I've seen Men and women do well on their plan.
If you want to put together your own meals, Weight Watchers plan adjusts for men and is a very effective plan if followed.

I lost about 20 pounds in 6 months simply by not eating junk food, or fast foods, or sweets. And excersizing alot more, and when I say excersizing, I mean sweating.
