Gordon is a BIG cry baby. He should just stop racing allready. No one wants to hear him cry every week.

Well, actually he didn't hit the kill switch, everyone thought he did but it was later found out that there was an electrical problem with his engine. Having said that, I hate gordon. Who doesn't? He's been racing for 13 years in The Winston Cup... THE WINSTON CUP which is what i still call it. Thats not that long of a career considering Dale Earnhardts 20+ years at the wheel. I'm not entirely sure on that number so don't quote me. I do think he is begining to slack. He has been slipping just as so many before him have done. He will not recover. He will be lucky to win another championship. I don't see it happening. Tony, he's the it driver now, but he is getting older. It seems that anymore, new drivers move in and take over untill more new drivers take over. I don't see anyone ever having another shining career such as Sr.'s or Gordon's. The cars are too equal.

"smoke". where's that come from. "smokin the pole" maybe? junior's maybe? you babies talk about gordon and he's one of the very few that DON'T get up there and blame everyone else. and you root for a guy that says people need to quit bumping each other before someone gets killed and then gets in his car the very next week and runs a guy off the track. what a moron. this guy doesn't deserve the good car and team that he has been blessed with. seems him AND his fans need to grow up.

That was a great pass by Stewart for the lead.If you don't agree then you probably weren't around in the good old days. That is a time honored move in the tradition of Darrell Waltrip,Dale Earnhardt and Cale Yarborough.Kyle was already aero loose and he knew he was dog meat.He should have taken 4 tires instead of 2.It was only a matter of time before Tony got around him as loose as he was ,he's lucky it was Tony,a lesser driver would have ran right over him and wrecked half the field.Great race.

ummmmm Don't believe everything you hear. Just because the announcer said he hit the kill switch, doesn't mean that he actually hit it. It was assumed that he hit the switch and you know what makes a person when they "assume". Jeff Gordon lost power which everyone "assumed" that he hit the kill switch. There is absolutely no way to accidentally bump the kill switch judging from where it located. You would have to actually reach into the steering wheel and really push it and if your running a race, why in the world would you do that? Jeff had car trouble as he said and there is nothing more to it than that.
So I understand your need to display immaturity and pass insults like a child that you claim Jeff is. It's ok, I understand. I understand that you call Jeff a cry baby but you can't be an "adult" and show good sportsmanship to all drivers. I get it. I understand that you like seeing hit the wall and get hurt. Of course, that's what racing is about isn't it? Watching people get hurt? Oh yeah that's why we no longer have the intimidator with us. I may be a Jeff Gordon fan but Dale Sr was a far better driver than Tony Stewart. Oh yeah let's not forget that Tony had to get Kyle Busch lose for the lead in the shootout. He couldn't just pass him cleanly right? Think about it.

No actually Jeff Gordon will be in victory celebrating his FOURTH Daytona 500 win. How many has Tony Stewart won? ZERO!

Only a fans exhibition. I'm not a 24 fan, if Stewart does that move to win the Daytona 500 there will be more than quiet. I am a 20 and 17 fan. Did not like what Tony did to win. Jr.s running into Sadler was a totally dumbazz thing...what, maybe he had a hangover.

Not much of a sign, besides the fact that Tony is hungry for that daytona 500 win, and this might as well be his year
Gordon wasn't sure whether the kill switch was hit or not, the light that was supposed to come on when it gets hit did not come on, the FOX analysts said it was something more serious with the electrical components.
And besides, everyone could see something like that coming, anyone noticed the overheating problem he had early on?

Well I was right at calling him to be the first one out of the race last night. Stewart had a wicked fast car last night.
