go up to her and ask her out. If she is really hot all the other guys are intimidated also so she probably is not being asked out that often. Try not to think about what she looks like and just approach her as a person. That will do 2 things 1. make you less nervous 2. let you get to know her as a person which (believe it or not) is much more important than how hot she is.
Good luck the worst she will say is no, but she will probably say yes! If she says no ask out another girl within 24 hours. Repeat this without fail until you get a yes. Trust me this will work asking girls out is the only thing that will get you over the nervousness of asking girls out

Just go do it. It's hard at first because no one wants to be rejected. So we have a fear of being rejected before we even ask the question. But you will never know until you ask. You don’t want to be left with the WHAT IF. Meaning what would have happened if I had asked. So just slip the question in there. Later you will gain more nerve.

For me personally, I would want a guy to just to go up to me and ask me. If you ask a girl upfront then ask her with confidence and dont feel bad if your rejected. Another way I like when a guy asks me out is by a letter. It doesnt have to be long just ask the simple question.

Go up to her when she's alone. Ask her sweetly if she wants to go somewhere. Don't be joky. You know, laughing when you say it as if it's a dare or something. Bond with her a little before you ask her out.
