His birthday is coming up. He sent me a card for my birthday a couple of months ago and wished me happy birthday via email.
Should I also send him one for his birthday? We didn't break up on bad terms and are still friends. The thing is he will be working overseas on his birthday.

If the two of you are still friends, I don't see why not. You'd send any other friend a birthday card and I'm sure it would mean a lot to him since he'll be overseas.

If he sent you a card for your B-Day are you sure he's not interested in trying to get things going again? If your sure he's not, then yeah, send him a friendly card too. As long as your also not expecting something more.

Yes it is okay but if all you have is friends feelings, make sure the card you send makes that plain

If your still friends, then go ahead. If he's going overseas, send it early.
