If this has been going on for some time, then you need to see a doctor. Bloating is not the same as having gas. Your doctor can determine what the cause is and treat you accordingly. Perhaps you don't need anything more than a good antacid, then again maybe you do. Check it out!

I dun think drinking Milo helps much. Maybe you should try drinking some ginger drinks, it's strong in getting rid of excessive air in the tummy.By the way, avoid ice cold drinks.

eating a banana and drinking some lactaid milk really helps...maylox or peptobismol doesnt work for me, but everyones body is diffrent
