What paperwork do i need for importing merchandise from Mex?

I am going to start up a home decorating store with some merchandise that I would like to purchase from Mexico. I am in the state of Texas. I know I need a tax ID number to report sales tax, but what about inport tax. Is there one if I am going to resell.

Yes there are import taxes.

You need to research "Nafta" which is the North American Free Trade"

Nafta cut the import taxes for goods imported and exported from Canada and Mexico.
