For example, I was dating a girl...she was very slim, but wore big clothes, which I figured was to try to make herself look a bit bigger. The first time I saw her naked, I was shocked. Very small frame, and these big breasts I never expected...at least a C...maybe D cup.

The first time I saw a guy naked (real guy, not a picture or video) was about 8 years ago when I was 13. Myself, two other girls and three guys were swimming at a friend's pool and the guys started horsing around and acting stupid (like all teenaged guys do) and ended up pulling each other's bathing suits off. Of course I looked, and was really surprised by how different each guy's package looked. One of the guys started to get hard (probably the excitement of being naked in front of girls) at which point they all got embarrassed and put their suits back on.
A few years later, when I started going to the nude beach near my home, I was still somewhat surprised by the variations in the male genitalia.
Pleasant experiences, all...and still are!
